MEET THE TRAINER

Hi. I'm Kim.  Those pictures at the top are me.  But so are these pictures.

 

These days I'm strong. I'm fit. And I'm a smiling size 6. 

But it wasn't always that way.

When I turned 30, I weighed 250 pounds. My knees hurt so badly when I walked that I cried. I had asthma.  My low back was a constant source of pain.  I couldn't change a shower curtain without having to rest three times.

 

I couldn't do what I wanted to do. I was too tired to really do my job. I felt about 110 years old.

It's not that I've lost 100 pounds (and kept it off!)  It's that I've changed my life.

It's that I've found joy and freedom. It's that I learned how to show up for myself. It's that I'm finally comfortable in my skin.
